Delphine has experience working in a corporate environment at HQ level. She has contributed to the design and roll-out of performance & career management systems, a talent management and mentoring program and several other policies at group level

She has lived and worked in various European countries and is used to interact in an international environment across different cultures. She coaches teams and individuals at all organisation levels, in the private and public sector
