Nikolaj has over ten years of experience in the fields of Organizational Design, Team and Talent Development, Teaching, Facilitation and Coaching

Before he decided to work as a Consultant and Coach, Nikolaj headed a Capability Building department at the Danish energy company Ørsted A/S. Here he developed learning & development strategies and processes, helping the company develop a strong development track for its employees in Procurement. He introduced a uniform on-boarding program, a graduate set-up and ran several organizational development tracks within trust building, communication and feedback

Nikolaj’s passion is to support teams working efficiently & effectively and with energy towards a shared goal and guiding people in reaching their development goals. Nikolaj is appreciated for his enthusiasm, communication skills, teamwork and ability to adapt

Nikolaj has a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and is a certified practitioner in Insights Discovery and a certified Cognitive Coach
