With 16 years of experience in different sectors (consumer goods, banking, fashion and cosmetics) and working for multinational companies located in Brazil and Spain, Renata knows and understands the leadership challenges faced by leaders, as well as the required skills and competencies needed for true team work

Renata is an Industrial Engineer, with a Master in Marketing and Commercial Management.  She is a certified coach with a special focus on Organization & Relationship Coaching by ICF and is also a facilitator in Lego Serious Play

She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
